Who Knows What Evil Lurks in the Hearts of Men?

With my super group on Protector all but dead, I've had to try taking matters into my own hands to set up a dependable team. And since I was going to have to do that anyway, why not set up a theme for the group with the potential for a little roleplaying, should we want it? I decided we should go with something a little less glossy and a little more original than other groups.... Heroes of the 1930s. Heroes like the Shadow, the Phantom, Buck Rogers, Dick Tracy, etc. I've invited friends with CoH to create characters with a 30s style theme and brief background, each with an explanation for still being active in the 21st century. So far, we have 4 of the 5 characters up and running. Mine is....

The Victroller (Sonic/Devices Blaster)
Archibald Tippet was the trusted chauffeur of Wellington Waterbury, millionaire industrialist and costumed crime fighter, the Night Owl. When a Family bomb destroyed the Night Owl's secret headquarters, killing Waterbury, Tippet was caught in the blast and was changed. Using the estate left to him by Waterbury and technology salvaged from the Owl's Roost, Tippet avenged his dear friend and fought crime as the sound projector, The Victroller.
